Electro-Metrics Corporation deplores and condemns the ongoing violent conflict and resulting humanitarian crisis in the eastern portion of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (“DRC”) and surrounding countries. This conflict is financed in some part by the mining and trade in the ores from which tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold (“3TG”) are derived.

Electro-Metrics Corporation is not subject to reporting and disclosure under the Frank-Dodd Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Law of 2010, Section 1502. We have however, adopted a policy to apply reasonable diligence in identifying and eliminating from our products 3TG coming from the DRC and the surrounding countries in the region that support the heavily armed groups and the human rights abuses they perpetrate.
