Initially created to produce the precision metal components for the Company’s sophisticated RF/Microwave product lines, Electro-Metrics capitalized on the extensive experience and expertise of its technicians, machinists, fabricators and welders, to create a division that engages in on-time contract manufacturing for a diverse, sophisticated, world-wide customer base. Our ability to design, manufacture and fully test our products in-house enables us to provide rapid response to customer needs while always meeting or exceeding quality expectations.
In addition to precision manufacturing with state of the art machining equipment, our unique capabilities include circuit board assembly and test, high temperature heat treatment of metals, and water jet cutting of a broad range of materials including metals, foams, rubber, ceramics and armor plate. Additionally, our CNC turning and machining equipment makes us particularly adept at producing small and large precision metal parts, in any volume required.

We can build to your drawings and specifications no matter the materials needed. Whether it is plastic or aerospace alloys, if it can be machined, welded or formed, we can build it.
