EM Antennas named a Times Union Top Workplace for 2025

The Times Union Top Workplaces list is based entirely on employee feedback gathered through a confidential survey administered by Energage, LLC, an independent employee engagement research firm. The survey measures key aspects of workplace culture, including whether employees feel respected and supported, empowered to do their best work, and given the opportunity to grow.

EM Antennas was among 49 organizations selected from more than 25,000 employers across Albany, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, and surrounding counties and was recognized at the 14th annual Top Workplaces event held in April 2025.
